(3) Committee Report 25-42: Dependent Eligibility Verification (DEV) Request for Proposal Findings and Recommendation – That the JLMBC recommend to the Personnel Department General Manager that Secova, Inc. be selected to provide Dependent Eligibility Verification (DEV) audit services for the LAwell Program for a period of up to one (1) year and can include two (2) one-year extension options, to be executed at the City’s sole discretion, providing a maximum contract term of up to three (3) years, pending successful negotiations by the Personnel Department with Secova, Inc. for, at minimum, contractual requirements, price, and service level agreements.
