Review and Confirm 2022 Benefit Elections and Submit Required Documents
Open Enrollment for calendar year 2022 ended October 31, 2021. Confirmation statements serve as a record of your benefit elections and covered dependents for 2022. Your confirmation statement will be available Friday, November 5th, in your Benefits Central Portal online account, and will also be mailed to you by US mail.
Please review your confirmation statement to ensure your
2022 benefit elections and covered dependents are correctly indicated.
Access your confirmation statement online:
1. Log into your Benefits Central Portal online account at keepingLAwell.com
2. Select the "My Forms and Documents" tile
3. Download your “AE Confirmation Statement (Civil & Sworn)”
Correct any errors:
To correct any errors on your confirmation statement or to request a change to your 2022 benefit elections, please call the Benefits Service Center at:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The last day to make corrections for calendar year 2022 is November 19, 2021
REMINDERS!
Enrollment in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) and/or the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) does not automatically roll over. If you wish to participate in these accounts in 2022, you will need to elect to do so before November 19, 2021.
Some open enrollment election actions require you to submit supporting documentation to complete the enrollment. Learn when and how to submit any required documentation by visiting keepinglawell.com/documentation.
